After giving several complaint about the fridge no engineer is able to rectify it. Here are the list of complaint which was lodge in your customer care. If your engineer are not bale to0 solve the problem then straight forward tell us so that we can tell our friends that LG after sales service is very bad and your engineer could not find the problem. OR you have to replace my fridge. I am getting so many calls from your noida office regarding it but no body till today turned out. The first compalint was lodged on

This are the compalint details which was given but for the second complaint the engineer came and replaced the timer and again the fridge start getting trip after every half and hour and all the thing in the friedge got wasted and the second engineer came and he told that timer is the problem and he changed the timer again but still the problem persist and when we contacted your engineer he told it will happen because for defrosting it shut down and after every eight hours it shut down for nearly two hours and re start. This i am hearing for the first time but i enquired with many people who are working with other brand of companies but they told that it should not happen because for double door the defrost is done automatically and there no need for triping. So please let me know whether your engineer is going to come or not. If not then please replace the fridge and pay the wastage which has happing to items which are kept in the fridge because in this few days we had thrown out all the items from the fridge. So let me know by email what your engineers problem and when they going to come for checking. I hope that you will be sending the person ASAP and its high time to test patience
