We had purchased a LG refrigerator double door, 310 ltrs frost free model in Sep 2008 and within 1 year of usage the firdge has cooling problems. On lodging complain the service engineer had checked and said it was a gas leekage problem. The time to be taken for gas refilling is 4 days to 1 week. But if within warranty period this is the downtime of a fridge bought for such huge volume and price, what is the need of having a fridge at home. All the items being used and the daily life gets impacted due to the delay in servicing. This is totally unacceptable. The service center needs to consider servicing in 24 hours so the customers are able to have minimal impact on their day to day chores.
