I have a LG fridge and have been really satisfied with it for all these years. But now due to normal wear and tear, the gasket needs replacement. But unfortunately a gasket for the particular specification is not available and WAS ADVISED BY THE TECHNICIAN TO CHANGE THE FRIDGE DUE to UNAVAILABILITY OF THE PARTICULAR GASKET REQUIRED.
A company of such stature and which boasts of high quality and ultimate satisfaction, is not able to provide such basic spares such as a gasket. OK i can understand due to some reason it may not available but it isn't it the companies duty to make it (gasket) available to me, isn't it a part of AFTER SALE SERVICES.
Then the comapny has audacity to use tag lines like "In a world of ideas, we believe in the ones that makes life good” . If anything it is contributing to my life, I am sure it is definitely not what they promise to do.
