We have purchased LG Refrigerator 260ltrs Model:-GL -275 -VM4 for Rs.11500/- on 14/09.We had purchased this from
SRI BHAVANI ENTERPRISES
#28, Bhadrappa Layout,
Hebbal ring Road, Bangalore 560094.
They told this is a Factory Outlet for Factory Seconds, there will be scraches on the body of the products, other than this every thing remains same as with new product in other Authorized Retail outlets like M/s. Girias etc.,
They have told us the internal parts will not be having any damages including the compressor etc., .Within a month we have called two times the service engineers from LG for repair.
1.First time when we use to switch on the refrigerator the DP switch was getting dropped and their will be no power in our house. Due to which the stablizer which was connected to Fridge has got damaged. Service engineer came and told their was wire which got disconnected and he rectified it.
2.With in two days of first service engineers visit once again the items kept inside the fridge (Vegetables, fruits & flowers etc., )use to become very hard and ice is to get accumalated on the items. Once again we called the service engineer when they visited they told body wire is burnt and told not to keep any thing inside till it is rectified. (Service engineer who visited was Mr. Reddy - 97399 83493)
3.They told they will talk to their LG Bangalore office and get back to us.
4. we are really upset about the problems that we are facing and slowly loosing the confidence on the LG Brand, after we bought in our own apartments other neighbours have also bought but they are not having any problem which has brought our morale down.
5.We have attached the scanned copy of the original bill on which the one year Warrenty is also mentioned.
Please get it rectified at the earliest.
