Poor after sale services

Dear Sirs / Madam,

I have brought one LG refrigerator with model GL-191 PMGE 4 on 03/12.I have a problem of cooling in the product. I lodge the complaint on no. 071239010909 on 16/08. Very same day the technician has attended the problem and found there is problem with gas.By promising he will solve the problem very next day by bringing gas charging kit.

After that day I keep on calling the service center no. 07123252961 they assuring me every day it will be done today. But up till date the problem has not be rectified. I ask them for the concern person they simply keep me on hold and cut my phone. Give me the details of the concern person so that I will refer him about the problem or solve it earliest. I am very much annoyed that they are showing the ads on television about their services "the problem will be attended with in 24 hrs." by my experience I think only complaint are attended with in 24 hrs. and can be solved in any time when they will be comfortable.

Please suggest me the solution on my complaint.
