I live in Aligarh (Uttar Pradesh) and bought a double-door refrigerator on May 13 (price: Rs. 33, 000/=). There have been two break-downs. The latest one happened 14 days ago and LG Engineer informed that the PCB has blown-off and it will be delivered from their NOIDA Service Centre. It is the 14th day and the local service office has been unable to obtain the part and rectify the fault.
Is there any recommendations what to do when an otherwise seemingly reputed company behaves like this after having spent a fortune? For sure, I shall never buy an LG product again. But, for anyone facing this situation, what are the recourse? Can anyone please throw light on this?
