Worst service by Service Centre and Customer care

Hi, I T Gowtham launched a complaint about non working of my refridgerator on 04.05.2009 complaint no: S9C50801717 thru customer care. Service exceutive has come to our home on 06.05.2009 and checked for 2 min and informed us to refill the Gas. We have been chasing Customer care and Service Centre people to resolve this problem Again we have given a second complaint on 09.05.2009 complaiant number: S9C50907486 for which we have not received any response from the customer care. later 10.05.2009 one person came for Gas refilling and informed us that due to the hole in the freezer box, he can not refill the gas and also there is no stock available to replace the box.

1) Why this problem has not been identified by the service engineer (Mr.kamalakar) on 06.05.2009

2) When we have contacted Service centre incharge Srilatha, She is not properly responded to us, and more over they are saying that this minor errors will happen.

3) When we have contacted Venkat reddy (9849118787), he is also saying the same story.

If every one is not responding properly to the customer, to whom we should approach for any problems?

Is this the service provided the customers by the LG team.

if the same attitude continues by your team mempbers, this will effect your customer satisfaction, which in turn effects your sales.

Today i am seriously thinking why i have purchased LG products.

Appreciate if any one responds to this problem and also this should not repeat with any other customer of LG.
