Dear Concerned,
This is to bring to your notice, sad story of one of your customer (me). I bought a Reliance phone (CDMA) post paid connection (Jaddu Rs 199 Plan) on 29th March (9312427794), Before taking the plan, i was informed that Reliance to Reliance local calls are free basis which i had opted for the plan. Even the same was reflecting in the brochure shown to me.
Few days Back i received a bill from the company for Rs. 849/- wherein some of the local reliance calls were charged. I immediately contacted the company and suddenly a new fact was told to me.
"THAT ONLY RELIANCE CDMA TO CDMA CALLS ARE FREE BUT CDMA TO GSM CALLS ARE CHARGED"
The company did not bother to inform about the same before or while taking the plan.
Just to inform you, it is no where mentioned in the company BROCHURE also.
I tried to lodge a complaint with the company outlet which they refused to take and asked me to visit Main office which is at Panchs sheel, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi.
Plan was sold to me with incomplete information or if i put it in right words" I have been Cheated" and now the company is trying to rob me with the bill.
The company does not have time to listen to their poor customers.
i will not pay the amount charged on local reliance calls (CDMA to GSM). I request you to please reverse the charges which were applied on Relaince CDMA to Reliance GSM or else i have no option but to approach consumer forum.
I have logged the complaint in TRAI and your oulet at Lajpat Nagar also but have not received any response till date.
To my surprise, instead of providing me the resolution you have send me the second bill of Rs 358 .
instead of Rs 199 (jaddu Plan) PLus service charges) you had deducted Rs 150 for Voice charges which was also never communicated to me.
I do not understand How much your company is going to cheat me further.
I would once again would like to inform you that i do not want your conenction and want to discontinue this number.
