I had launched a complaint with LG customer care on 10th October. Next day a person from Gennext, Goregaon W, Mumbai visited my office to check the A/c. He informed that the A/c will have to be taken to their service center for some repairs and gas refilling. The A/C was picked up after 4 days. That too after repeated follow ups with the Service Center and customer care. After this it was returned back. However the machine didn;t even work for more than 30 mins. The service center again picked up the A/C after 3-4 days (after repeated calls) on 20th October. Till now we had wasted around 11 days. After this no response from Service center. Again repeated calls to service center. today till 25th Ocotber, the A/c is still not with us. The person we contacted at service center was Mr. Vimesh.

We tried speaking to one representative of LG Mr. Vaibhav (9820141471). he too was same. initially 1-2 days he spoke, however next day onwards he started avoiding calls and even after tring his no for 25-30 times, he would never pick up the phone.

We are horrified with the kind of service LG is providing and how come they don;t have a quality check of kind of work their service center is providing.
