Water leakage-no service

Hi I am Heena Shah from Mumbai, We bought LG split A/C on 19th of October from Ezone electronics, Mumbai.

Since about a month the A/C has started leaking and so I called the customer service center they assured that the call will be attended within 24 hours which never happened their engineer came after 8 days serviced the unit but within 2 days it stated leaking again I registred a complaint on 6th May (complaint no. W9C50600556) and today is 15th may nobody has yet come to check the unit though again this time too I was told their person would come within 24 hours (complaint no. W9C51503171). I am still waiting...
