Dear Sir,
This is with reference to purchase of new LG Split AC on 27.05.09.
Thereafter due to improper installation by LG Authorise person my AC stopped working within 45 days.
Inspite of repeated complaint to LG customer service from last more than 1 month, LG has not able to repair my AC.
Following are the customer complaint ID W9C81709563/W9C82106810/W9C82300910/W9C82807148 and many more.
I happened to speak to LG senior exective but I got only assurance and no service.
I request you to take up legally with LG and compensate me from LG for inconvience caused to my family
