Dear sir,

I bought a split aircontion from your company that is LG. Since the starting itself the aircondtion is making noise. i have given complain on the phone a lot of times, but still the noise is coming, We were told to complain to the company, no servcing is given by LG, so we will go next time to another company, i dont think that the LG GROUP IS POOR SERVICE, BUT... i am getting poor service, so i request you to please take action on my aircondtion as soon as possible.

This is really discouraging for the customers. We have also send a complaint letter to your company.
