I purchased a 19"wide LG TFT Monitor in July (Flatron L 192 WS). Since last two months, One vertical line has started appearing across the monitor. The product is still under warrentee (Which is for a period of 3 years, Incidently!!!). I registered a complaint with LG customer care (request id: S8CB1106535) and their technician came and inspected the item. He indicated that some part needs replacement. It has been 10-12 days since the visit and I got no information from them, Inspite of my constant follow up. Many times I have tried to convey the problem to the customer care, but am getting no response from the concerned service people. I am totally disappointed with quality and service of LG products and after sales services. Please look into the problem.
