I HAVE PURCHASED LG TV29 INCHES FROM BHARATHAM STORES

VADAPALANI CHENNAI-26 ON 19.10.08. ON 21.10.2008 WHEN WE SWITCH ON THE TV BLUE COLOR APPEARS IN THE SCREEN WE HEAR ONLY AUDIO WE COULD NOT GET VIDEO. WE BOOKED COMPLAINT IMMEDIATLY ON 19.10.2008 BUT NOBODY TURNED UP FROM SERVICE CENTER .WE CONTACTED MANY TIMES. AFTER 10 DAYS SERVICE ENGINEER ATTENDED THE PROBLEM. THEN AGAIN LAST SUNDAY WE HAD SAME PROBLEM. WE BOOKED COMPLAINT ON 30 NOVEMBER. WE CONTACTED 3 TIMES THROUGH PHONE TO 1800-180-9999. STILL NO ONE HAS TURNED UP
