Dear Sir,
I have purchased LG TV -20 Gem Sr. No:-804nllgo16584 in the month of 12th Apr-08 from your Bikaner Dealer- Gahlot Electronics. But the TV is not getting power supply from 20th Nov-08 and the same day i had given complaint to rectify. But your service Engineer has came only on 24th Nov-08 and checked there is problem in FBT. Then he committed that spare part is not available at right now tomorrow i will bring and fix it. But today is 26th neither your service engineer nor dealer come and attend the same till date. So your service is very very bad. So kindly give us suggesion what to do. I have called more than 50 times to your dealer and service engineer. we are so much disappointed in this circumstance.
