LG Washing Machine
Nobody has come for last 6 days to install or give demo on the newly purchased machine

I had purchased the fully automatic washing machine on the 02nd of may. till date nobody has turned up to install the machine and give a demo, inspite of my repeated calling them. i must say that the response is close to pathetic .i think i have gone for a wrong brand just because it can not provide me after sale service.can any remedial action be taken for the same or do i have to raise the level. thanx
