Complaint against company they donot provide parts

Dear Sir / Mam,

I Jani C.Sewlani customer of LG ELECTRONICS INDIA i had lap top of lg model no RD 400 i am having a problem of adaptor & i lost my lap ttop power point for the same they didn't provide me inbuild power cicute.

Sir i request you to take any action and make available to me these parts relating to this i had probleme last two months.
