Dear Sir,

This is Sunil Sonarghare, have sent my phone for repair thru my office boy John - Job sheet no 493434038/080422/33 and ESN/IMEI number 351895010014080 on 22nd and care center person told that the phone will be ready by 4 pm, person went to collect the phone on 22nd 4 pm, phone was not ready. Nokia care person asked him to come next day. He again went there and same answer phone not ready, again asked him to come on 25th. He kept calling the Nokia care no since 10:30 morning no one picked up the phone. I logged in on to website and checked the status and found that repair has been done and case closed. But when my person went there again Nokia care person told that the phone is not ready and asked him to come on next Wed which is 30th April. I have wasted around 300 rupees just to send person to Nokia care.

Can some one tell me that how does this works. And also explain how can person servive without contact details for one week. request pls look in to this. - my phone no is 9811400484
