Not getting a/c status/information yet

I am a client of LIC'market plus. I have not got any information regarding my accoun status yet. Details are followin-1.TABLE NO.181, POLICY NO.537329017, DATE OF COMMENCEMENT OF POLICY-24/03/08, PROPOSAL NO.28953, D.O.B.-02/10/1969, ADD.-INFRONT OF REAL PUBLIC SCHOOL, SHERPUR CHOWK, P.O.-MIC BELA, MUZAFFARPUR-842005.BRANCH OFF.-531.

PREMIUM AMNT.-Rs20000/annum

2.TABLE NO.181, POLICY NO.537016982, DATE OF COMMENCEMENT OF POLICY-25/03, PROPOSAL NO.17189.PREMIUM AMNT.-Rs.10000/annum.

I have registered a written complaint against it on 7/7/09. My complaint nos are 537329017 and 537016982, but I have not got any type of information yet. Pls allow me to see my a/c statement report and send a/c statement status on my e-mail id and sms to mob. no.9417710957.
