NON-ACCEPTANCE OF PREMIUM

Whenever I am visiting your BASANT LOK BRANCH to deposit LIC Premium, most of the time they are not accepting the payment in one go sometimes we are leaving the cheque with our contact details with a request to deposit the same whenever your online system is working. Yesterday, again when I visiting your said branch they were not ready to accept the premium rather diverting me to deposit the same to concerned branch only. It is a serious matter with this type of attitude one get irritated rather wanted to get rid off. Moreover, whenever it is brought to the knowledge of the Jr. Branch Manager Ms. Ushaji she shown her inability to help me in any manner rather insisted me to visist the concerned branch only and narrated that it is a priviledge to the customer and not mandatory on our part and it our sweet will if our cashier ready to accept your cheque. I am pained and concerned about the future of LIC when most of the Private Insurance Companies are in the market.

Policy No. 111110255 Rs.1, 607/- Ch. No.671480 dated 15/1/09 drawn on Corpn. Bank

Though I am receiving SMS on my mobile No. 98680-40765 for deposit of lic premium, I will only deposit on hearing from you or on the last day. Why to pay in advance.
