I Darshna Devi w/o shri Davinder singh Dadwal want to inform that I have already submited this complaint manually at MCD office and now submit the online application. I have personnel property at churiwalan, house no.3866, ground floor, katra beriwala road, prem Narayan, Delhi-06. I have purched this property in 1997 . At that time, there was one small room at the first floor and had been sold to Mohamad salim s/o Mohamad Sultan. and later he constructed three floor on that small room, that's why there are Lot's of burden on the ground floor and cracks on the walls that will become the reason of any incidents. I have discussed all the issue with Mohamad salim, but he is not ready to cop up with us and threatening me & my family about this matter, want to keep my mouth shut and also told me that all the local police are in my pocket.
Please take necessary and legal action against this unauthorised construction before happening any incident otherwise MCD responsible for it
