This is to notify you that i have taken a policy from (LIC OF INDIA NORTH CENTRAL ZONAL OFFICE 16/98 THE MALL ROAD KANPUR 208001) which i do get Rs 445/- chq earlier of (StateBank of India -Kanpur Branch) But in feb'09 we got a letter that ecs facility will be available and your money will get transffered into your personal account directly.

We have already given all the relevant details pertaining to our account ..But till date we haven;t recvd any Amount in our account

Request you to plz ineterven and provide us the solution for the same
