Pension Cheques Not received

I hold a pension policy having number 162089741. I have sent the certificate of existence to ipp cell Delhi a couple of time by courier and email. Even I have sent it at information centre Chandigarh also as suggested by them. Inspite of a writing ipp cell a number of time in last 20-25 days, I am not gteeing any response. What should I do
