Delay and inefficiency in handling policies

Sir,

Ref: Policy: 404001147 of Ms. Faiza Fathima

Reg: Abnormal delay in transfering policy from Bahrain to Chennai (India)

Above policy taken from LIC Muscat.

As per your letter ref no: FOB/PHS Dtd. 19/07, from Foreign Operations Branch- Santacruz- Mumbai, above policy suppose to be transfered to Chennai Branch. (Branch-15, United India colony, Kodambakkam-Chennai.

Inspite of my repeated calls and several personal visits, all of your staffs are SLEEPING without taking any action.

Already my due date is over : 28/10

If the problem is not sorted out within 3 days time, I will take legal action against LIC and ask for damage.

Please look into this seriously.
