Annuity cheque not recieved

Sub :- Non reciept of Cheque for period of July to June.

Sir / Madam,

Myshelf Kirti Narain Mishra, Ex employee of IOCL (Emp No 60426), have not recieved advance cheque (amount Rs 3571 each) for the period of July to June.

My details are as follows-

Benifit under Master Policy no. - GA - 47418

Accesse No.- 5566

Annuity No. - 13123

I haven't received advance cheque for the period from July to June. The cheques are normally valid for 3 months and it has to be revalidated, which is tiresome work for retired person. I have written 2 registered letters dated 1.08.2009 & 25.08.09 with cc to Dy finance manager IOCL, (employee super annuation benifit fund, scope complex, insititutional area, new delhi-03) regarding release of the cheque. But till date there is no response of the letter.

You are requested to get the cheque release.
