I buy 3 G E Stique from surat but i shift to Pune on 16th august, from this day i am facing the problem of very low speed, i raised the complaints 10 time even i write to nodal officer, appealent officer 4 times but no one going to solve my complaint but giving me a reminder calls for bill paying, please help me.
