I have purchase a Air Conditioner (ONIDA SPLIT A/C1.5 TON- Product Code ONI-S18SPD.5 No. 0310085952, 0310088410) from M/s Hazrat's Vision, 19-20, Lalita Park, Vikas Marg, Delhi-110092, vide Receipt No. 33190 on 23 Dec.. Since December to April was winter, I have started the said A/C in the 2nd week of may. Since the date of starting I have faced lot of problem. The compliant the same was repaired. It will work for maximum 15 to 20 days. It was intimate that the problem is due to leakage of Gas. Every time they visit they used to fill the gas and inform the leakage from the compressor pipeline, and it has been tightened and checked with soap water. As per the advise by the seller I have contacted Mr. Sahir Ali on Mob.9910088256 (authorized contact person). On contact I was informed that in case the problem continues, the set will be replaced. The problem still continuing, and hte gas will be filled. It seem that they want to continue by repairing temporarily, so that warranty period expire. this is how ONIDA company is functioning.
