In March a lumpsum was paid in advance for future emi s as I would be out of India. I left 2 email addresses to communicate and keep me informed upto which month my advance payment would clear the emi s. All on a sudden I got a notice applying SARFASE /13 (4). This is unjust to apply without any prior notice or 13 (2) notice leaving me no chance /time to act. For information- my advance payment cleared emi s for next 7 months which LICHFL did not care to inform in due time but only with the SARFASE notice. With a draconian arm they are acting like 18th century Feudals.
