I the undersigned had applied for Housing Loan of Amount Rs 7.50 lacs for which I got In-Principle approval letter on dated 13.06.2007. File No : 718376. The condition's mentioned in the n-Principle approval letter was as under :-
1.Proof of ICICI Loan Closure before disburstment, Form-16
2.From Lafarge Before DIOSB, all req F GP, floating title, valuation.
3.on insp.
All these 3 condition were immediately fulfilled and submitted to the Branch office at Nagpur.
But however the loan amount was not disbursed to me after repeated follow-up. The Branch Manager was giving day-to-day assurance and commitment for the disbursment of loan, but unfortunately 2 months have been gone but the loan was not disbursed. After being Panic on One day the Branch Manager simply said that we are un-able to sanction the loan amount, hence we are returning the File and documents. For this process that had asked for the processing fees of amount Rs 7500 which we had paid.
Now also after repeated request for return of Processing fees to the Branch manager of LICHFL, Nagpur, he is saying that today afternoon or tommorrow cheque is coming. Now it seems that they had a negative intension for not returning the Money.
Further the agent of LICHFL Nagpur and branch manager named as Sh Rajesh Toopwani and Sh Ashwin has misguided respectively and delayed our deal.
Hence, as we are the service class person, we need your help in this matter. Also, pl do needful to get our money back from LICHFL Nagpur.
