Reducing the interest rates

I have availed a loan from LICHFL 5 years back. During the last 2 years their interest rates have been rising up. Whenever there was an increase the same was automatically applied to our Loan A/c. Recently the interest rates have been reduced. I regret to say that this benefit of reduction in interest rate is not given to me. Whereas the same is offered to all new customers. Please suggest a way to avail the benefit of reduction in interest rates.
