Non receipt of Survival Benifits

Sir,

One of my Money-Back policy numbers is 480041515, - Under Nagaon (Assam) Branch.

I want DETAILS of the payments made to me against my 'Survival benifits', and how and where those amounts were dispatched.

I or/and my wife have a couple more of such Money-back Policies. Same are the cases here too. I shall be mailing those Policy Numbers also, but RIGHT NOW, I do urgently require the full-details against my LIC Policy No 480041515 of 27/3/1987.
