SUB: COMPLAIN REGARDING NON PAYMENT OF SURVIVAL BENEFIT ON POLICY NO190982804 WAS DUE FOR PAYMENTIN AUGUST IN THE NAME OF PARMESHWAR MANJHI.
With reference to above I would like to inform that despite my letter and visit, the survival benefit on above policy has not been released to me. The survival benefit was due fore payment in the month of August but sorry to say that the customer service is so poor in your office which I can, t mentioned here.
Myself working as Branch Head in a Medium size Branch of SBI Group at Lucknow and my native place is Bokaro Steel City, I was on leave visited your office on 12/01 and met your concerning official (Alaxandra Lakra) in this matter who called me next day to see the matter. When I visited again that time Mr: Lakra told me that cheque was issued but not dispatched. I requested him to give me the cheque after revalidation, the he told me cheque is not available with him and to issue it will take another two three days. I am surprised to see the work culture at your office. The survival benefit which was supposed to be issued in the month of August could not be delivered on 12th of January or 13th of January.
Now you are requested once again to send me survival benefit immediately along with interest@18% for the delayed period i.e from August to January (six Month) at following address otherwise I will be compelled to lodge a formal complain with your higher official in this regard.
