NOT GET ANY DOCUMENT

Dear Sir,

i have taken on policy 295159524 on 22/12.till now i'm not geting any bond paper and helth card.can you suggest me what is the process of it.

i beleive in LIC that's why i'm every time intrested in lic policy .i've 6 policy in LIC but i think now LIC will not provide us that services that expection from LIC.
