Sir,

due to reference myself Bhawna agrawal i want to make a lic agent then i met D.O. in your branch in Rajwada Indore Mr. Anil Pal contact no.9826410014 then he said to me you become an agent and paid Rs.75 for form, 150training charge and 250 examination chargeand i paid him total 475 Rs. on 16 may he said to me that he gave me all receipts in one or two days and the training start on 2nd june but when now i ring him daily and his mobile is switcth off and he don't give me an answer so i request to you that you done your job against your D.O. and send me my Admit card for Examination 0n 15 june
