Excess billing

I am using broad band connection plan 250 since August. I am happy with the performance and billing. I have received Rs. 2, 824/- for april month for which i was astonished. i have used the connection very few hours and i have not downloaded any massive data. Anyhow I have paid the bill. Again I have received Rs. 1050 for the month of May which i am protesting again. please let me know the details/ calls log.
