Lic money plus pre.problem
Third pre. doesn't accept by branch

Respected sir,

I am a agent, my flowing poll.which are paid all pre.in time but the third yly pre.does not accept by BRANCH.And branch tells the technical problem in computer.now the poll.are in Que of LAPS further any unfortunately case LIC.responsible for all CLAIM by policy holders.
