Harrassment due to the online LIC Premium Paid

Dear Sir,

I paid the renewal premium online today on dated 15/09.

This policy No: 572082247. My bank account has been debited

amount Rs. 5415.00, but no online receipt for the payment of the

premium was generated and no change my policy FUP.

The transaction details from my bank account:
