Non payment of matuarty amount

Dear sir, the life insurance policy of my father Sri B N Batra bearing no.230015730 amounting insured Rs .25000/- was due for payment on 9/9/07. the orignal policy along with all documents was sent to LIC office 129, 20A Shivaji marg near moti nagar police station new delhi 110015 on 29/9/07 by regd AD reminder was also sent on 22/2/08 but til date no payment has been received nor any correspondance has been done by the LIC office
