I have got check of rs 17, 197 /- which is 25% of N.C.O . I have sent signed policy documents and discharge vouchers, also sent existence certificates sent by LIC Br. No. 814 to you. I got all those documents back on the date of April 12 from LIC Br. Jamnagar.

Even though I haven't got any more check of my pension … Please do right for me… My details are given under.
