I Pradeep Chandra S/o Sri Chhotey Lal R/o 5-B, Chak Dondi, Naini, Allahabad 211008, is working in Indian Oil Corporation. I had got a LIC insurance at Panipat in June 1999 for sum assured of Rs.50000/- that was money back policy as informed by the agent and the premium is contineously deducting from my salary.
