Amount not credited to a/c

Sir,

I am having 2 Life insurance policies with LIC of india under salary saving scheme. In policy no 192069954 monthly premium is Rs 522/-p.m. and in policy no .192207723 premium is rs 468 /- p.m. on name of Inderjit kaur.

For both of above policies these 2 permiums for month of 10 has been deducted from my salary. The verification of the same done by the Headmistress through insurance schedule has been sent to LIC office, Ajmer. Inspite of that and reminders this amount has not been credited to my policy a/c.

Kindly look into matter and revert on below mentioned mail id on urgent basis.
