Delay in commutation

Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Rajesh D Chamoli. My Father Mr. Darshanlal M Chamoli had an group & Pention Scheme policy in LIC of India. The Policy number is 092Q0327001628.According to the policy my father use to get Commutation amount of Rs.1100 after every three months. I lost my Father last year on 19th July. My issue is that one amount of Rs.1100 is still pending. I have already given written application & my Bank details to LIC.Along with this i have also given a no objection letter signed by my Mother. But for last two months i am just waiting and waiting for the amount. Now i am in Delhi & will be here for a long time as i am working here. So please let me know what am i suppose to do.
