Mr policy no 511130906 lic of india, i deposited money through cheque at damoh, mp, branch no 37d, co-operative buildig, first floor but premium amount is not showing, the deposited money B.O.C NO-146
amount 2700/-, I requested to branch manager for update the policy but branch manager is not taking any action aginst deposited boc amount 2700/- Presently i am not working near the damoh. I CONTACTED
branch manager 37D for sendind the letter to policy branch 511 but he is not taking any action for uptodate my policy . the status of my policy that is the last premium and i am suffering due to negligence
of branch manager.
Therefore, i request kindly arrange to uptodAte MY POLICY and adjust BOC AMOUNT 2700/- in premium
amount. The BOC RECEIPT IS ALREADY SHOWING 2700/- deposited aginst policy no-511130906.
