Not gettting monthly statements

Dear Sirs

I am ICICI bank Credit card holder and am in the list of prompt payer for years together but am not getting my monthly statements from the month of oct 08 onwards earlier i have received but after the due date which is no use for me thing is once i receive the statement i have go through and satisfy myself before making the payment but till now am paying on my own i dont know how much i paid as latepayment charges and overdue interest for this i made several complaints with customer care (its a recorded message you can check at your end) but neither i got the statement nor the reply in this circumstances i request you to send statement of account after waiving the interest and latepayment charges (if charged) and me copy of statement from oct 08 onwards

Hence, to be frank iam fed up with this credit card request you to considering the above fact and send your local representative with the statement of account i will settle my account in one shot and close the account with ICICI
