A very important document was sent to me from PF Deptt, Eastern Zonal Office, LIC of India. The RL No was U 5172 dt 17.06. as per telephonic confirmation from PF Deptt. The address sent to was LIC of India, Chakradhapur Branch, W.Singhbhum, Jharkhand.
