New connection

Sir,

Having applied/registered for a new prepaid connection 9821770599 on 15.09.2008 at 9.30 hrs sharp, the sim has not yet been activated.

I was informed that it would be done in two hours time, but unfortunately it has not been activated till the time of writing this complaint.
