Lic claim after death

I would sadly inform you that my husband expired on 30.08.08 (saturday). Mrs. Ananti Mohan wife of late Mr. Mohan Raj Nadar and nominee.

I have submitted original policy paper & other documents to LIC of India, Dharavi Branch, Mumbai – 17. After 10 month we have received letter from your office that cancellation of claim.

Kindly look into this and reason for claim cancellation as we have submitted all relevant documents with supporting of medical report.
