LIC OF INDIA / JEEVA AKSHAY 1ST PLAN TABLE No. 189
BOND & ANNUITY AMOUNT NOT RECEIVED

Dear Sir,

I have taken a Jeevan Akshay 1st plan table No. 189 policy No 217288252 dated 25.07.08 from your LIC of India Cannt Branch Lucknow, in the mode of annual annuity. It has been going to 16 month for my policy but I have not find any annuity amount, I have not get policy also.

I have approach many time in concern branch but they are not interested in my problem.

Kindly take attention in this matter and pay the annuity amount as soon as possible.
