Negligency sevice of LIC Rampurhat, Asansol

1. First of all, Refer attach LIC letter dated 11.12.08 from Branch Manager Rampurhat. The Cheque No: 287111 dated 03.04.06 amount of Rs 1358/- does not belong to Union Bank of India against the policy number 461943022. This cheque number was belonging to Central bank of India and it was paid to LIC by the same bank it is shown in my bank account book, Scan copy of that enclose for your testimonial reference.

2. If at all some dispute was there, why the same was not being intimated at the same moment? How does the department coming up after two years of continuous transaction dealing? Were they slept for two years or what?

3. I request the policy number 461943022 be investigated thoroughly and forwarded the acknowledgement to me at the earliest. I am lodging the complaint to OMBUDSMAN & Consumer Court against LIC neglected service, why does the innocent customer run around the LIC Office for LIC service of negligence? I do not know how may are preyed by LIC? How can an govt. organisation, LIC do like this?

Can complaint board help me on this dispute.
