LIC Superannuation
After death we come to know ther is no ROC for mominee

Dear sir,

my father was a Tata Motors employee and had LIC supperannuation scheme. after his death (in jan) i come to know there is no return of capital (ROC) option in my fathers pension scheme as he opt life time option. the person who filled this form never told about this. The amount is aboun 4.21 lac. pl help. what we can do?
